„On Neklanka, Nad Koulkou“

The residence consists of three apartment buildings with 22 residential units. The layout of the apartment units is from 2+KK to 3+KK with balconies or terraces. There will also be a commercial space. 

 The project is realized in a high standard, which corresponds to the exclusive location of Prague. The apartments are airy with large windows that provide plenty of natural light and views of the greenery or the 100th tower of Prague. Ample storage space is also thought of and there is a cellar to each apartment.

There will be parking for 22 cars in the apartment buildings and will be handled by stackers.
